Welcome

Welcome to Pack 1 Chepachet's website. Celebrating its 60th year, Pack 1 serves the village of Chepachet which is located in the Town of Glocester. We are part of Narragansett Council's Northwest District and we are chartered by the Chepachet Union Church. Our home school is the West Glocester Elementary School but we accept boys from anywhere to join. Please explore and enjoy!

Summer Camp

The upcoming summer camp season is fast approaching. Programs are available for Cubs of any age. Please check out the following link for a listing of day camp, provisional camping, and Webelos Camp info:

Pack 1 Is Looking For New Scouts

Cub Scouting, a year-round family program designed for boys in the 1st through 5th grades, or 7 to 10 years of age. The program emphasizes shared leadership, learning about the community, family understanding, character development, citizenship training, and personal fitness. Not to mention, boys LOVE it!

Young boys grow up fast. Give your son a valuable gift by encouraging him to join Cub Scouting today. The time you invest in him today will make a difference in the person he becomes tomorrow.

Please use the contact our pack feature above to request more information and registration details.

2012 Blue and Gold

Pack 1's Blue and Gold banquet celebrated our 60th birthday this year. We crossed over 7 scouts to Troop 44 and all our boys made their ranks. A great meal was served and a good time was had by all. Thanks again to the scouts of Troop 44 for serving the meal and helping with the crossover ceremony, to Rho Delta for cooking up a great meal, and to the Chepachet Union Church, our chartering organization, for hosting the event. Congrats to our new Boy Scouts!!!!!

2012 Pinewood Derby

Congratulations to the winners of the 2012 Pinewood Derby. Gage C. first place, Aiden B. second place, and Adam B. third place. Along with our fourth place winner Wyatt C., they have advanced to the regional finals. Good luck!! The fan favorite this year was Aiden S. with his military inspired Humvee.
Thanks to everyone who helped out and great job to all the racers!
